Personal data collected from you through your use of / visit to our website will be processed with Atlant Turkey, in accordance with the purposes and legal bases specified in Section 3, and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL, and as required by Article 4 of the PDPL, in a manner that is 'being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed.'

Atlant Turkey may transfer your Personal Data domestically in accordance with PDPL, in line with the purposes outlined in Section 3, to individuals and entities with whom we cooperate and/or receive services in areas such as contractors of Atlant Turkey, IT service providers, hosting and cloud service providers, analytics and cookie service providers, professional services providers etc., and to third-party business partners, and suppliers who provide support in areas related to the Company’s website and other activities, and to another entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, or other corporate combination involving Atlant Turkey. Additionally, to fulfill obligations arising from the legislation, your data may be transferred to legally authorized institutions and organizations, and, upon request, to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies.
Your data may also be transferred abroad in accordance with PDPL and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad. This includes transferring data to business partners, group companies with whom we cooperate and/or receive services, third-party business partners who provide support in other areas related to the Company's activities such as cloud computing, hosting, analytics, cookie management, and software support companies, and to servers where the Company's data processing activities are necessary (including the Company's global shared server and Microsoft 365 servers), as well as to service providers from whom we receive services, and to another entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, or other corporate combination involving Atlant Turkey.
Regarding your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPL concerning your personal data processed by us, you may submit your requests at any time, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller, in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the electronic mail address previously notified to us and registered in our systems, through the contact details provided below.
Depending on the nature of your request, your application will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days following receipt of your request; however, if processing the request incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Turkish Data Protection Board.
